About Me
I work at the intersection of creativity, strategy, and storytelling. Over the years, that’s meant wearing a lot of hats — from co-founding an early crowdfunding startup to ghostwriting a bestselling parenting book, managing musicians, and building digital content for artists and brands.
My creative career began as a co-founder and Chief Creative Officer of Inlu.com, an “in lieu of gifts” giving platform launched (and sadly, crashed) before crowdfunding had a name (RIP Inlu). Despite taking an emotional "L” (failure is a rough lesson), the experience shaped my relationship with content, UX, web copy, and emerging digital behavior.
During this time, I also worked extensively in freelance copywriting and digital marketing — writing product and ad copy for brands like Burton Snowboards, SEO-driven content for a parenting platform, and a wide range of brand, web, and event copy for small businesses. I later ghostwrote and promoted work for parenting coach Vicki Hoefle’s Duct Tape Parenting.
With a background in education and psychology, storytelling has always been my go-to. I spent ten years teaching English, and I consider it wildly (pun intended) helpful to supporting my creative career. Today, I have found a sweet spot — creating vertical video, writing websites, sending press materials, and planning creative campaigns with people I like.
Let’s work together.
